Our cancellation fee policy for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment is as follows: Extension clients and any appointment booked out for 2+ hours require a 72 hour cancellation . After that you will be charged the full amount due . - If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, they will be charged a cancellation fee 100% of the total service cost. - If a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they will also be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. - In the event of a true emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of the stylist , ur us not always guaranteed . - Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid incurring any fees.
